![]() ![]() There are more professional restaurants with better food in the area. Unprofessional management and I wonder if it was racism or just incompetence thumbs down to Eddie V’s. All of this back and forth had us at the table for 3 hours. I told them in a review that it was dry and probably mass produced. I was there on Easter and ordered that quiche. It was not worth the $13 Eddie V’s manager added to the check because he had 4 customers that were disappointed in the service and the resolve. He did not have any concern about her satisfaction at all. He took the soup off the bill and added a $13 salad. We explained that HE offered her that soup as a service to make her feel better about her second salad and dry quiche he took back. I complained and he said he added the soup to the bill because it was cheaper than the salad. The manager charged mom for the soup he offered her. This menu is unfortunate because really, we should want the moms to have the BEST experience. The quiche was dry and mass produced for the Mother’s Day menu. And noticed she barely touched her meal and offered her the avocado toast and took the quiche away.m. So we explained she would not be eating another salad and didn’t know she was getting one, the manager came over and offered her a soup instead of the salad. My mother ordered the mother’s days meal and wanted a salad with her meal, it was her first time there and she explained that. I enjoyed my lobster tail and my lobster tacos because they were good. Terrible experience that lasted over 3 hours. But heads up there is only valet parking. We would highly recommend this restaurant as it's worth every penny. There are lovely touches to the service like wet towels at the end of the meal. For dessert the chocolate cake was yummy. The cheese scalloped potatoes were too cheesy and when we told Ash she quickly changed these to the asparagus which was outstanding. ![]() ![]() Ash recommended we order small sizes for the side dishes and even then they were big! The lobster mashed potatoes were delicious. We had the filet mignon and the filet with tempura lobster tales which were both excellent. ![]() We had the lobster bisque and caesar salad to start and both were delicious. Our waitress was Ash and she was amazing! She answered all of our questions about the menu and she made recommendations as well. There was a 3 piece musical group that added a nice touch to the experience. This restaurant is amazing! We had such a wonderful experience and it was impressive from start to finish! The ambiance is lovely with beautiful decor and an impressive wine cellar.
